Implicit Bias in the Search Process
Implicit Bias in the Search process is a workshop developed by the University of Minnesota System’s Office of Equity and Diversity. There is a workshop related to bias in the staff search process as well as one specific to faculty searches. They are free of charge and open to all faculty and staff on all campuses of the University of Minnesota.
